3C Property Management

I was commissioned by 3C Property Management to create a visual identity for their award-winning company.

 

The bold, typographic logotype comprises one simple shape that is rotated and carefully positioned to form 3C. I applied the logotype to various media in several ways. It is screen-printed onto powder-coated aluminium signs, stencilled directly onto plywood construction panels and animated for digital use such as the website and screensavers. 

 

A muted colour palette and rigorous typography form the visual language applied across office communication materials and the website.
